ok... if you have any poetry you want to share... share it. and it would be nice if ppl would comment on others poems.
well... here is one of mine!!.

~Wolf's Love~

Warm and wanting.
Loving and caring.
A wolf's love never ends,
Never dies, is always there.
Cuddle close to each other.
Nuzzle, cuddle, care.
Packs stay together.
Never ending care for one another.
When they are together,
Affection never dies.
When they are appart,
They long to be together again.
They run, sleep, eat, play together.
Together they shall always be.
Why cant people be like this?
A wolf's love should be felt by all.
Yet it will never be.
People are not wolves.
I can only dream of a wolf's love.

Blind Hope
what is it
that kept me going
as darkness closed in around me

did my heart sing a song of hope?
it beat in me, so shallow, so slow
you would of thought me dead,
but i was still breathing.

blind hope

slowly my body was withering away
as the pounds shed off me from lack of food
my body started to eat itself
it could not be stopped
i had given up once
with no will to go on

but hope

would someone find me
and put me back together.
it wasn't hard to find the pieces
of my broken heart and shattered soul;
they were left on the ground next to my wasting body.
the dead white color of my skin gave me away,
there was not much left of me to save.

yet hope

that something was out there for me;
someone would love me for me.
pray that i would not be used, i am not a tool,
stop looking at me like i am.
falling and being picked up by you
was the biggest betrayal of my life.

some hope

as the lights turned on, i could see
something was there, guiding me;
a haze of a shape stretched out to me.
curious as i am, i kept moving towards it.
the shadows of darkness still around me
but the light was keeping them at bay.

still hope

that the haze will lessen.
seeing the shape that guides me
with new eyes, a new found love, is it true.
i follow the feelings i see with this shape;
it slowly becomes clear, a person.
as i crawl into outstretched arms
i have slowly become myself again.

it was
blind hope

that led me to these arms.
i thought i gave up feeling, anything.
life's paths led me straight to this love.
though i didn't always see it, hope was always there...
the little bit of light when i thought there was only darkness;
the life that was given to me when finding a new love;
the strength that never failed even after i already gave up.

hope was there
in some shape
some form
some way
i just had to believe it
